At EvaPure, we pride ourselves on delivering quality water filtration systems and exceptional customer service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while complying with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
- You may return a product for a refund within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If a plumber has been booked for your installation, cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- It is recommended to notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
- Customers are not entitled to a refund for faulty or damaged products unless EvaPure is unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time frame.
- EvaPure will cover all shipping costs for repairs or replacement related to faulty or damaged products.
- Please contact us promptly with your order details and evidence such as photos or videos to expedite the process.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for a refund unless faulty or defective.
